- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subparts 13.1 and 37.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 127EAV23Q4000. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.� FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-59 and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov/far.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the small business size standard is $16.50 Million.� The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.� All responsible small business concerns may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires supply of the material/services described in these documents for the Cibola National Forest delivered to the Sandia Ranger District. See attached solicitation.
