THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR BID POSTED ON OR ABOUT SEPTEMBER 18, 2023. Repair Water Infiltration System Bldg. 24, Bonham Texas VAMC 36C25724B0003 The Contractor will Repair Water Infiltration System Bldg. 24 at the Bonham, TX VAMC. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 with a small business size standard of $19M. The magnitude of this procurement is estimated to be between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2). This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Tammy Wilson.
