� � � � � �AMENDMENT 01 - Solicitation Amendment FA568223Q00120001 SF30 attached. The purpose of this amendment is to update the shipping information to allow for delivery to a CONUS consolidation point to comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR). Delivery will be made to DLA Distribution at the Norfolk Intermodal Hub (NIHM), Norfolk Virginia. Additionally, DFARS 252.225-7048 Export-Controlled Items is added to the to the solicitation. As a result of this amendment, the solicitation due date is extended to 04 September 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
