- The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) National Acquisitions Section (NAS), Washington, DC intends to make a single award(s) of a firm-fixed price, for a Mobile Shoot House. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued.� The solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) 15BNAS23Q00000078.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999, which has a size standard of 750 employees. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, is seeking requests for quotes for the following: Line Item 0001 � A Mobile Shoot House Kit that is roughly 2000 - 2400 sq ft, mobile building that can be easily assembled and dismantled.� Material should be lightweight, but sturdy. �Option should also include painted panels. This kit should include all panels, windows, doorways, and wood doors along with all quick connector bracket sets and all other hardware. Must meet the following minimum requirements/specifications: - 2,000 - 2,400 sq ft once erected - Floor plan layout shall be reconfigurable�� - Height Clearance shall between 80-84� - Shall contain minimum of 5 Left Swing, 5 Right swing doors, & 7 open door panels - Shall contain minimum of 4 window panels - Shall be constructed to withstand Non-lethal small arms munitions or simunitions - Structure shall be free standing - �DO NOT FIRE ABOVE THIS LINE� shall be on the top of every panel (Painted or Decal-ed) in red - Structure material, to primarily include walls, shall be made of a non-ballistic material - Shall be easily erected/taken down/transported to alternate training locations by no more than 2 personnel in 3 hours - Structure shall be durable and withstand direct, aggressive, physical contact with personnel - Shall have connection joints at the top and bottom of the panels/walls with robust hardware to prevent movement when struck - Capable of creating a minimum of 5 individual rooms - Structure shall be capable of creating separately on straight, near full length, hallway, and L and T hallway intersection at a minimum width of 3� - The structure shall be a hard wall system that is durable and capable of withstanding direct, aggressive, physical contact with personnel and rough outdoor environments - Shall a have at least a 2 year warranty *Please include delivery when quoting.
