All changes are in red. Please see attached RFQ for details and instructions pertaining to FERC's Online Legal Research Services requirement. All Quotes must be submitted in Electronic Format via email to Lisa.Tillman@ferc.gov no later than 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
