Description
The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to LexisNexis located at 1150 18th Street NW Suite 600, Washington, DC 20036 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to LexisNexis for the CaseMap/TimeMap, to provide software updates, upgrades, and support for CaseMap/TimeMap/TextMap Suite which is currently in place with the EOUSA.CaseMap/TimeMap/TextMap software are critical applications in the entry and organization of case-related data, which allows prosecutors to utilize the date for their cases. Casemap, including TimeMap, TextMap, and Sanction, is an essential litigation solution that simplifies and organizes your litigation evidence. It allows you to capture and organize facts, documents, persons, evidence, issues, and legal research relevant to your case in a centralized repository and keep vital information at your fingertips. CaseMap works directly with other tools like PDFs, Concordance Desktop software, Microsoft Word, Lexis, and more. EOUSAs unique mission requires specialized Information Technology (IT) services for the government. EOUSA specifically requires options that provide IT insights, which deliver a broad spectrum of access to IT data, research, and advisory services to meet essential mission requirements. These services must be comprehensive in the areas required by EOUSA; the research must be validated in the government environment, and the analysts must be available to consult with EOUSA on a very broad range and appropriate level of depths of IT topics. The period of performance is anticipated to be for one (1) year beginning October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
