Description

Replies to the questions posed by the potential offerors are as follows:� Q.1. ��� Is a Joint Venture approved by USG? A.1. ��� Yes, the prospective bidder can form a joint venture (JV) with another firm. They shall state in their offer that they have designated one party to act as a lead entity. The description of the organization of the joint venture must clearly define the expected role of each of the entities in the joint venture in delivering the requirements cited in the solicitation. Also, the offer should include the past experience of each of the JV partners.� Q.2. ��� Do you accept hand delivery proposals to the Embassy Gate? A.2. ��� No, we do not accept hand delivery. We only accept delivery via courier services. Your proposal must be submitted both in a sealed envelope marked ""Proposal Enclosed"" to the Contracting Officer and by email to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov. Q.3. ��� Could you please share the AutoCAD drawings related to the project? A.3. ��� For security reasons, AutoCAD drawings will not be issued as a part of this solicitation. Q.4. ��� Could you please share the Renders related to the project? A.4. ��� For security reasons, renders will not be issued as a part of this solicitation. Q.5. ��� Could you please share the 3D models related to the project? (3Dmax or Sketchup) A.5. ��� For security reasons, 3D models will not be issued as a part of this solicitation. Q.5. ��� Could you please share the approved lighting designs related to the project? A.5. ��� The lighting requirement is explained in the statement of work (Attachment#1 of the RFQ)
