- This is a special notice prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 � Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions.� The Library of Congress, Contract and Grants Directorate, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to UPSWELL LLC, 107 SE Washington Suite 238, Portland OR 97214. The estimated period of performance is from 06/27/2022 to 06/30/2025. This contract will be issued as a modification to an already awarded contract for administrative convenience. Upon successful completion of this effort, the Library will have professionally produced Audio Visual and Interactive Experience designs for the Voices of the Early Americas� Exhibition/Kislak Galleries.�It is anticipated that multiple sources within the commercial marketplace will be able to compete for future requirements for audiovisual and interactive experiences. This is not a request for quotes or proposals. Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. Responses to this notice should demonstrate evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission of the Library of Congress. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
