Description: The Government intends to make a sole-source award to Waco Products Inc. for the purchase of two (2) Aluminum H-Frame boat Fenders in support of USNS GUADALUPE� (T-AO 200).�Waco Products Inc. is the OEM and only approved company to provide H-Frame boat Fendors used aboard USNS GUADALUPE T-AO 200).� This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.�
