- Homeless Veterans Outreach Center for Rapid City, South Dakota: 36C26323Q0773 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 23), St. Paul, Minnesota is soliciting proposals for a Homeless Veterans Outreach Center in Rapid City, SD for eligible Veteran beneficiaries for the VA Black Hills Health Care System. Offerors must be able to perform all requirements in the performance work statement in or near Rapid City, SD. Proposal prices must be fair and reasonable and in the best interest of the Government in order to be considered. This solicitation is open until 12 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Monday, 2 October 2023. Interested offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from the Contract Opportunities website (https://www.sam.gov) and for submitting their proposal via email before the solicitation closes to Ray Holman at Raymond.Holman@va.gov. Questions will be answered provided they are sent to the same email address no later than 12 PM CDT on Monday, 11 September 2023.
