Description:�This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in�the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 � Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 � Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Materials (T&M) contract for Preventative and Corrective Maintenance Services for DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG). The Government intents to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ which will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This combined synopsis solicitation is being solicited as Unrestricted. The NAICS is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors - with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J041 �- Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, test equipment, materials, replacement parts, and supervision necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) unscheduled, on Government owned Bry-Air ECO Dry Dehumidifier units and Trane Cooling and Heating units at DLA Distribution Albany, GA (DDAG), which resides on the Marine Corp Logistics Base, Albany, GA.
