- The purpose of this synopsis is to publish the upcoming acquisiton for an InstantEye Drone solicitation. The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates issuing a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed-priced purchase order. The solicitation number is FA302023Q0123.�The 82d Contracting Squadron seeks proposals from vendors who can offer this brand name acquisition of 1 each SKYDIO X2D STARTER KIT 1.8 GHZ-COLOR/THERMAL, Part Number�SKYX2DBUN123NA and 1 each�SKYDIO X2D STARTER KIT 1.8GHZ-COLOR, Part Number�SKYX2DBUN127NA. Skydio X2D Color is the ultimate UAS solution for aerial asset inspection�and incident scene reconstruction. X2D is powered by� Skydio Autonomy�Enterprise, an AI-driven autonomous flight engine that enables�unparalleled 360� obstacle avoidance,� Autonomous tracking, GPS-denied�navigation, and complete workflow automation. X2D is designed with a�ruggedized, foldable airframe, GPS-based night flight, strobing lights in�visible and IR wavelength, and a single sensor payload with a 12MP/4K60P HDR color camera with a wide angle lens optimized for close capture. Built�to exceed the Short-Range Reconnaissance (SRR) requirements for the�U.S. Army, Skydio X2D is designed and assembled in the USA, and is�compliant with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The desired Skydio X2D models and starter kits include the following components: Skydio XD2 Color/Thermal One (1) Skydio X2D 1.8GHz vehicle, one (1) Skydio Enterprise�Controller 1.8GHz, three (3) batteries, one (1) dual charger, one (1) spare propeller�blades set, one (1) tactical soft case, one (1) admin hard case, one (1) Skydio Autonomy�Enterprise perpetual license with three (3) year maintenance and support. Skydio X2D�vehicle includes (a) Dual streaming Color/Thermal payload, (b) NDAA compliance, (c)�Ground control via the Skydio Enterprise App and Blue sUAS QGC App, (d) two (2)�256GB SD Cards (pre-installed). Skydio Enterprise Controller includes (a) Skydio�Enterprise App offline. Kit includes one (1) year Skydio limited warranty subject to�Skydio�s warranty and support terms. Skydio XD2 Color one (1) Skydio X2D 1.8GHz vehicle, one (1) Skydio Enterprise�Controller 1.8GHz, three (3) batteries, one (1) dual charger, one (1) spare propeller�blades set, one (1) tactical soft case, one (1) admin hard case, one (1) Skydio Autonomy�Enterprise perpetual license with three (3) year maintenance and support. Skydio X2D�vehicle includes (a) Color only payload, (b) NDAA compliance, (c) Ground control via the�Skydio Enterprise App and Blue sUAS QGC App, (d) two (2) 256GB SD Cards (preinstalled).�Skydio Enterprise Controller includes (a) Skydio Enterprise App offline. Kit�includes one (1) year Skydio limited warranty subject to� Skydio�s warranty and support�terms. In accordance with FAR Subpart 19.5, this upcoming acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business.� The NAICS Code is 336411, aircraft manufacturing. The size standard is 1,500 employees. The PSC code�is 1550, Unmanned Aircraft. The solicitation along with additional documents (Brand name letter, Clauses & Provisions, etc.) will�be released approximately 15 September 2023.
