- The U.S. Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) anticipates issuing a firm-fixed price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirements contract for the following: SOLICITATION: W56HZV-23-Q-0076 NOUN: Screw Cap, Hexagon Head NSN: 5305-01-611-4452 PART NUMBER: AES07M12D03CG89B1 OTHER PART NUMBER: G19231B12030N QTY: 17,715 Each (EA) OPTION: 100% (up to 17,715 EA) NAICS: 332722 INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: ORIGIN FOB: DESTINATION PACKAGING: COMMERCIAL The solicitation, once posted, is intended to result in the award of a single firm fixed price, small business set-aside contract for the supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized for the initial order and for an Government option. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/) to be granted access to technical data (TDP) via sam.gov. To register, or to re-register, submit the DD Form 2345 to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company.
