Description: SEE EXTENDED DESCRIPTION IN SOLICITATION. The pressure regulators requested are direct replacement for existing Norfolk Naval Shipyard equipment, and is to be sole sourced to Cash Valve, which is the Original Equipment Manufacturer.�Replacement with similar but non-standard (different brand) equipment presents the potential for inconsistency in the application, operation and training which increases the likelihood of adverse impact to the command.
