Description

The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide and install a Common Access Card (CAC) enabled Closed Caption Television (CCTV) monitoring system with 24-hour access control for the Dobbins Fitness Center (Bldg. 486) located on Dobbins ARB, Georgia. SmartNet is the sole source provider for this system and is the current contractor for the 24/7 maintenance contract. There are no other businesses able to meet the requirement due to the proprietary nature of the system. Smartnet, Inc. is the only authorized vendor to provide the security system required by the fitness.� See further justification in the attachment.�
