Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Chain Assembly, utilized on a 28A/M88 Recovery Vehicle. The NSN and quantity are as follows:� NSN4010-00-133-6517 with a quantity of 513 each.� The delivery schedule is 186 days ARO.� FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. �Clause 52.246-11 Higher-level contract quality requirement applies.� The solicitation issue date is on or about September 20, 2023, in accordance with 19.502-2 -- Total Small Business Set-Asides. The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, IAW 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications. IAW Basic Drawing NR 19207 10929894 Revision NR C DTD 04/26/1977 Part Piece Number:� 10929894 Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. ""Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. �Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services.
