East: �N Oracle Rd./Hwy 77 to W Ina Rd./E Ina Rd. to E Skyline Dr. to E Sunrise Dr. to N Kolb Rd. to N Sabino Canyon Rd. to E Tanque Rd. to N Houghton Rd. to E Valencia Rd. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).
