- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, has a construction requirement at its National Center for Applied Plant Protection in Laurel, Maryland.� NCAPP safeguards agricultural resources from the risks associated with the entry, establishment or spread of exotic plant diseases introduced into the United States. �The requirement is to make repairs to water line repairs in three greenhouses.� Work includes replacing a hose bib assembly, repairing buried water lines, and replacing an isolation valve with valve box assembly.
