SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Sources Sought Number:������������������ �������������������� ����������� Notice Type: N42158-23-RC-30927������������������������������������������������������������ Sources Sought Synopsis: 1.� NOTICE:� This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive, and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Hubzone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 562211 Hazardous waste disposal facilities combined with collection and/or local hauling of hazardous waste, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $47.0M, and Product or Service Code, (PSC) of U008 - EDUCATION/TRAINING - TRAINING/CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide a capabilities statement, confirming your availability to provide the described service/supplies. 2.� Program Details: The objective of this task is to receive required recurring training in Department of Transportation (DOT), Load Securement and International Air Transportation Association (IATA) regulations and requirements to Satisfy the requirements of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, 49 CFR, Part 172, Subpart H (Hazmat Employee Training) for Codes 2380, 105, 2350, Naval reactors (NRRO) and 308.� This training is required to ensure NNSY�s ability to Ship Radioactive materials and support the shipyard�s mission and core capabilities SEE ATTACHED DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK FOR MORE INFORMATION Please send all information and questions to: Jason Fittro, Contract Specialist, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Jason.fittro@navy.mil
