This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside. Email quotes�to jamell.kilgore@navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of 15 September 2023 11am Central Time. The Government will�not accept late quotes. Provide cage code and Lead time on your quote.�Be able to invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). IF shipping is�not included in the price please include a line item for shipping. See�the attached redacted brand name justification, description and quantity�attachment, Statement of Work, and CDRL. The clauses and provisions for this procurement is also attached. Please quote in line item order of attachment A6.� Please�review all attachments.� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �TORMACH CNC MILLING MACHINE AND LATHE The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a firm fixed price brand name purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to authorized sellers and installers of the Tormach brand CNC Milling machine and Lathe.� This procurement is brand name for the following reason:� The Engineers and Technicians who make up the project team are trained and knowledgeable on the Tormach proprietary software.� As such, by purchasing Tormach, there will be no additional training required and no �learning curve�, thus saving the Government money and reducing the risk of not being able to sufficiently support the warfighter.� If another brand were chosen, the EA team would have to undergo training on the CNC & Lathe software, which would result in additional cost to the Government and unacceptable project delay. �Destination to the Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC), Receiving Office Building 100, 100 Vernon Ave., Panama City, FL 32407
