Description

The Delaware Army National Guard, New Castle, Delaware, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for a 20-35-ton 5' Hydraulic Press Brake Machine - Small Press Brake and initial training in accordance with the salient characteristics to be delivered to New Castle, Delaware. The exact address will be provided at time of award.� � Please provide a quote that lists part number, description, unit price, and the extended price for each item. This price should include delivery as FOB Destination only. Please also provide a total line item price for the training requirement and provide a bottom-line price for the summation of the quote.� � Product specifications and salient characteristics are provided below.� Please include the delivery time frames in the submitted quote. � 20-35-ton 5' Hydraulic Press Brake Machine - Small Press Brake Standard Features: ISO 9001 Certified Meets OSHA and CE safety standards Back gauge Full length Punch, Full Length Vee Die SETS with assorted sizes Pressure: 20 to 35 tons Bending Length Capacity: 63'' [5'3''] (approximately) Table Width: 6'' (approximately) Power requirements 208 3ph 4 wire � Installation details: The vendor will be responsible for the delivery and offloading of the machine upon arrival. The door height/width that the machine must be transported through is 20'x20'. There are no steps/obstructions that will limit the turning radius when the machine is transported from the truck to the facility. The machine will be resting on concrete and a forklift will not be provided to assist with the offloading and installation of the machine. The electrical wiring will be done by facility maintenance after placement of the machine but before its initial startup.� � The vendor will be responsible for the initial startup of the machine taking place prior to the training. Coordination between the customer and the vender will take place to set up a time and date for this action.� � Training Class details: The vendor is required to provide onsite hands-on training. The training class will be anywhere between 2-4 individuals. Please provide a maximin number of individuals that may be trained at one time.�
