Solicitation N0042123Q0453ï¿½is issued as an intent to sole source.ï¿½ The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with CorNic Technologies, for S2200A Fury V Mobile Transceiver System, 51200-SWA FURY System, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and Part 13.ï¿½ Offerorï¿½s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.ï¿½ This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Offers must complete the attached certification in Section K of this solicitation, 52.209-11, Representation by Corporation Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony conviction under any Federal Law.ï¿½ Please complete certification and provide with your offer ï¿½ This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6.ï¿½ This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offerorï¿½s initial offer should represent the vendorï¿½s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.ï¿½ Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
