Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE �ScheduALL Annual Software Support Services Description(s): THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S Agency for Global Media (USAGM) intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Xytech Systems LLC, 9410 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Suite 200, Chatsworth, CA 91311. The USAGM has a requirement for ScheduALL Annual Software Support Services. The period of performance for the contract award will be one year. No substitution can be accepted. These are commercial items that will be acquired under FAR Part 13 procedure. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETTIVE QUOTES; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their capability. Responses to this notice shall be received by September 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST. All responses must be in writing only via email to the point of contacts specified in this notice. Telephone requests or inquiries will not be accepted.� Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
