Description

The Montana Air National Guard located in Great Falls, MT, requires a construction project to repair and replace the roofs on buildings 62/79. This�contracts provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) Type �C� services for construction contract administration for the Repair and Replacement of Roofs on Buildings 62 and 79. Type �C� services include documenting and providing answers to contractor�s requests for information, submittals, attendance and records at progress meetings, review of lab results, preparation of as-built drawings, and a number of site visits to inspect the building during construction to ensure the construction contractor is following the design. A sole source justification was signed using the authority of 41 U.S. Code 1901, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting from a Single Source Below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. That justification recommends a sole source award to SMA ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN, P.C. (UEI: L6CKC5K5SN25) at 920 Front ST STE 101, Helena,�Montana 59601-3442 United States.
