(ABOA):� 7,950 Maximum Sq. Ft. The agency does not need cyclical paint refresh or carpet replacement during the term of the lease. � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,� seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced� lease is required.
