Description

�Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.� Holloman AFB requires the purchase and delivery of three (3) Hurst SC 358E2 Combi tools for use with existing support equipment.� As such, this requirement is a 'Brand Name' only request.� See attached J&A for justification of Brand Name restriction.� Only Authorized sellers of HURST Jaws of Life products will be allowed to quote this requirement.� All others will not be considered. Please see attachments for full solicitation details.
