Description

GOVERNMENT POINT OF ENTRY (GPE) ANNOUNCEMENT FOR Headset-AGA Masks The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, (NSWC PCD), Panama City, FL intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase for the following items: Procurement is for Headset-AGA Masks in support of the SDV MK8 program, as follows: Part Number 910274-001 Description SDV MK8 Headset � AGA Masks Quantity 30 EA NSWC PCD currently has a need for Ocean Technology Systems 910274-001 (Model # EMA-NSW-1) - SDV Head Set Assemblies for AGA Masks as referenced above.� This headset will be used with the existing SDV MK8 system.� If another brand headset were to be purchased, it may not work with the existing SDV MK8 system, resulting in unacceptable risk to the project timeline and additional cost to the Government.� Ocean Technology Systems is the OEM and the only approved source of supply for these items per the approved engineering drawing. As such, the government does not expect significant savings through competition and it is more advantageous to the Government to award on a sole source basis to Ocean Technology Systems for the items listed in Section 2. �NAICS Code 334220 applies. Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
