Description: The APS BioNanoProbe-II requires 16 channels of laser interferometer sensor heads, and motorized tip/tilt alignment stages. The vendor shall review the provided specifications, propose suitable products, coordinate shipping and handling that meets the project schedule, and provide documentation for project completion. All items shall meet key technical, quality, and acceptance requirements. All specification in this SOW and attached Quality Assurance document be met.
