Description: Requirement for the Contractor to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) into service, an upgrade to the 6 OSS/OSA NAVAIDS telecommunications voice and data requirements. This project shall replace the existing manufacturer discontinued Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) Channel Banks with fiber optic transmission systems (FOTS).
