- Description
- The 144FW requires certification of multiple building fire alarm panels. This solicitation has been updated to service fire alarm panels. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The 144FW intends to award without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response.� This requirement is being solicited unrestricted, full and open. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov.� Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via email.�All quotes must be sent to both Master Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez at jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and the Contracting inbox at 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified.�Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is late and will not be considered. Evaluation: The successful offeror will be determined in accordance with the procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2, �Evaluations of Quotations or Offers�. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, responsive offer. Options may be exercised in any order. Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to amend or cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date.�In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Submitted offers shall be valid until October 31, 2023. Site Visit: A site visit will be available on Thursday, 7 September 2023 at 0800. Meet at the West gate near 5323 E McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. Business managers must request attendance two days before the site visit and provide a list of representatives that will be attending. The attendee list must include the following per individual; Fname, Lname, Driver License Number, Citizenship. Email your request and representative list to 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil with a subject line: W50S6T23Q0028 site visit request. Amendment 1 Issued:�Updates have been made to the solicitation. Amendment 1 must be acknowledged to be considered for award. The SF30 must be acknowledged by completing signature fields at 15a, b, c. Submit the SF30 with your SF1449 quote. A SF1449 solicitation conform copy is also attached to clarify updates.
