- UPDATE#2 The solicitation has been posted for this pre-solicitation notice under Notice ID H92421-23-Q-0008. The projected closing date and time has changed to 13 Sept 223 at 1100am. The PWS was updated as of 11 Sept 2023 and posted with the solicitaiton notice.� UPDATE#1 (9 Sept 2023) for�PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR H92421-23-Q-0005: The following items have been updated for this pre-solicitation notice.� 1. Update LPTA technical evaluation criteria 2. Remove SAF statement 3. Answer Question submitted from contractor 4. Update�PWS as of 8 Sept 2023 (see attached) 1. Update LPTA technical evaluation criteria The Technical rating will be based on an �Acceptable� / �Unacceptable� basis. The definitions under each factor will be used in evaluating the offeror�s proposal against the technical requirement. The technical factor is met when the Offeror�s proposal clearly demonstrates evidence of the full capability for executing the PWS requirements and meeting the two subfactors below. Evaluation Criteria Factor 1: Technical Acceptability (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Sub Factor 1: Childcare Services Certification (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Contractor shall provide names and certifications of all childcare employees in accordance with the requirements listed in PWS section 1.5.3 Special Qualifications with the submission of their quote. Sub Factor 2: Ocean Front and Hotel Verification (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Contractor shall provide the following in accordance with the PWS. This information may be submitted on the Solicitation 1449, in the body of the email or on company letterhead/quote. Provide the name and address of the hotel/resort to confirm oceanfront. Provide the location and distance between child care rooms and conference room? __________ How much time is needed prior to event to accommodate individuals with special dietary needs? (i.e. Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Kosher etc) ____________________________________ Provide menu for meals and snacks served for the duration of the event. Validate the following by initialing next to each statement Validate the hotel shall accommodate a 1300 hours (1:00 p.m.) checkout time. __________ Valet parking included __________ Fitness center included __________ In-room television, coffee maker, refrigerator; and Wi-Fi access __________ Conference room shall accommodate no less than 40 personnel in accordance with PWS section 5.2 Main Conference/training room with AV Support. ACCEPTABLE all items listed in Subfactor 1 and 2 ARE provided with the submission of quote. UNACCEPTABLE all items listed in Subfactor 1 and 2 ARE NOT provided with the submission of quote. 2. The Subject To Availability of Funds (SAF) statement has been removed. This requirement has been funded.� 3. Answer Question submitted from contractor Question: Will you consider a property that is not oceanfront? Answer: No, in accordance with PWS Part 5 Specific Task, the hotel/resort shall be oceanfront. 4. Update�PWS as of 8 Sept 2023 (see attached) The projected solicitation issue date is 11-12 Sept 2023 The projected Closing/Response date is 15 Sept 2023 at 1000(am) EST PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR H92421-23-Q-0005: The 905th Contracting Battalion issues this pre-solicitation notice providing non-personal services for the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) initiative in the vicinity of Charleston, SC. The Product Service Code (PSC) code for this requirement is R499 � Support Professional - Other The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561920 � �Convention and Trade Show Organizers�. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This requirement will be solicited using commercial item procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13. The resultant contract will be a Single Award Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The LPTA evaluation will be based on Berry Amendment Compliance and Mobilization Schedule as listed below. Evaluation Criteria Factor 1: Technical Acceptability (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Sub Factor 1: Childcare Services Certification (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Contractor shall provide confirmation on company letterhead or body of email that all childcare employees are capable and certified/licensed in accordance with the requirements listed in PWS section 1.5.3 Special Qualifications. Sub Factor 2: Ocean Front (Acceptable/Unacceptable) Contractor shall provide name of the hotel and prove location of facilities is ocean front in accordance with the requirements listed in PWS section 1.5.2 Place of Performance.
