Description

AMENDMENT 0001 IS ISSUED TO EDD (50 FIVE ADDITIONAL ARTIFICATS TO THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT AND TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO 09/12/2023, 0900. QUOTOERS ARE CAUTIONED THAT THEY ARE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE SOLICITATION TO AVOID BEING CONSIDERED NON-RESPONSIVE. The National Museum of the United States Navy (NMUSN) will exhibit macro artifacts, currently on display in BDLG 76, within the new museum.� These artifacts may require substantial conservation prior to being exhibited and specialized moving equipment and mounts to exhibit within the new museum. The contractor is required to assess the artifacts for their condition and provide a move plan for each artifact. The contractor shall provide a conservation assessment for each artifact and a move plan for each artifact, to include: specifications/considerations and suggestions on how to mount and exhibition display requirements for the artifacts which are currently on display at NMUSN. See attached Solicitation and supporting documents. Offerors are cautioned to follow the Instructions to Offerors.
