The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement to procure Zebra Printers, AD421 with service agreement and hardware interface with Data Ray MedMap Firmware. The anticipated delivery date is six (6) months from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 334118 � Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1474805 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by September 13, 2023.� Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, commercial specification, pricing schedule, and price.� Quotes will be due on or by September 19, 2023.� The acquisition is Indian-Owned Small Business set-aside.
