NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE � Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) ��� Paint Booth to Recirculating Booth NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER�CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent of the FAA to pursue a single source contract award process for this requirement to acquire from GFS for the procurement of Convert Global Finishings Solutions (GFS) Paint Booth to Recirculating Booth (While Painting) by adding Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) capabilities. The FAA authority for single source procurements is provided by the FAA�s Acquisition Management System (AMS) policy section 3.2.2.4. 6973GH-23-R-00239 � Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) Paint Booth to Recirculating Booth � Notice of Intent to Single Source� Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: This SSJ is primarily based on design and creation to meet uniformed specifications of a�proprietary system solely owned by GFS. Use of GFS for this project will ensure the safety of our equipment, operation, and personnel. Using GFS ensures required specifications of their system is completed to the standards of their system and ensuring any warranty coverage.� Description: Supply and install all necessary material for adding Air Conditioning and humidity control to existing Global Paint Booth in FAALC paint shop Area B of the WSE-002 building Delivery Requirements: 180 days from award date.� The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and size standards for this effort: NAICS � 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Manufacturing - Size Standard - $19M The FAA's current intended procurement strategy is to pursue a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract via single source award procedures to the following company: Global Finishing Solutions 12731 Norway Road Osseo, WS 54758 SAM UEI: CCZ2TANLLDD7 Any questions or concerns regarding this announcement must be received by 4:00 p.m. Central Time (Oklahoma Time) on September 14, 2023.
