- Scope: Norfolk Naval Shipyard is looking to purchase merchandise for NNSY CORE Store in support of NNSY Awards Program.� NNSY is looking for responsible vendor to provide men's polo shirts. Polo Shirt Details: NNSY is looking for the Polo Shirts to have the following specifications: The shirt is made in America. The fabric of the shirt is at least a 6.2 oz. The shirt 100% cotton pique knit. The shirt has a knit collar and cuffs. The shirt has a button placate.
