- The National Cemetery Administration offers items as awards for Safety Excellence to Cemetery personnel who meet the criteria set forth in our Safety and Health Program. These are items which can aid them in their day and personal safety. The National Cemetery Administration is seeking to purchase incentive items with the NCA logo through a multiple award BPA with a duration of five years. Items include: Single Wall Sports Bottles Stainless Steel Tumblers Absorbent Cooling Towels Multi Tools NCA will specify the total number of each item and color to be sent to each National Cemetery location,� Delivery of the items is expected within 30 days of the order date.
