Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 13.� The Maine Air National Guard Contracting Office has a requirement to install the following items: Upgrade to Advantor 6.2 for IDS and ACS Installation of 4 fixed cameras, 1 PTZ camera, 1 license plate camera Installation of 4 new duress buttons at various buildings All items shall be compatible with existing IDS The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Advantor Systems Corporation.� (See Justification for further details). The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561621 and the Business Size Standard is $25M. All responses received within five (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time, 18 September 2023.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
