Description
The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Enterprise Acquisition Policy & Strategic Initiatives Division (EAPSI) intends to award a sole source Task Order (TO) to Management Concepts Inc., 8230, Leesburg Pike Street 800, Tysons Corner VA, 22182 (DUNS: 082355652, CAGE Code:5J639) for Training Program Development and Implementation Support Services. The period of performance is for a one (1) twelve-months base period. The anticipated period of performance is from 30 September 2023 to 29 September 2024. The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), �Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.� The contract is intended to meet the organization�s need for Training Implementation and Development Support Services. �The Government anticipates a single award to obtain virtual courses that can be modified or customized to accommodate the needs of WHS/AD�s growing workforce while adhering to the standards of the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Equivalency Program and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certification requirements.� The certification programs supported by DAU are unique to the DoD and are based on students meeting training standards (directly supported by DAU) as well as education and experience standards. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice no later than 10:00 am EST, 15 September 2023 by email to��whs.mc-alex.ad.mbx.ks.@mail.mil, with a file size 5MB or less, Subject Line: NOI JJ003423R0308. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to cancel the Sole Source Award. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, Small business size standard $15 million.
