Description

Notice of Intent to Award � Blanket Purchase Agreement The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to negotiate five (5) sole-source Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Kage LLC dba Bubany Supply, Gallup Lumber & Supply Co Inc, The Sherwin-Williams Company, Summit Electric Supply Co Inc, and W.W. Grainger, Inc., for the delivery�of various and miscellaneous building materials, supplies, hardware, electrical supplies, painting supplies, HVAC supplies, lighting fixtures, etc. on an as-needed basis for the Tohatchi Health Center Facility Management department. The anticipated period of performance is a base period from the date of award with two 12-month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 444110 � Home Centers with a small business size standard of $47.0 million. No further awards will be made unless the needs for Gallup Service Unit changes. Any other vendors who believe they are capable of providing the delivery of the items listed above are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists and catalogs to Gallup Indian Medical Center. Responses to this notice shall be received no later 10:00 am MDT on Friday, September 15, 2023. In the event additional services are required, capable vendors may be contacted. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
