THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO BUT NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT 30 SEPT 2023*** The 109th AW Fire Department requires 12ea Swiftwater Rescue PPE Kits. These kits are custom built for the New York State Flood Incident Strike Team (FIST) which includes members from the 109th AW. NYSID has provided a list of recommended gear that have proved superior in quality and functionality, therefore, this is a BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for gear listed on RFQ Attachment 1 - Pricing Worksheet.� FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION should be referenced within the soliciation for Basis of Award Criteria.�
