- The VISN-12 Veterans Health Administration Network Contracting Office intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price twelve (12) month sole source bridge to Ricoh USA, Inc. 300 Eagle view BLVD STE 200, Exton Pennsylvania, 19341 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13- Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This effort will take place from November 1st, 2023, until October 31st, 2024 with all options. The requirement being sole sourced is for leasing and service of existing Ricoh Brand Production Printing Devices owned by the OEM to support mission accomplishment for the VISN-12 VHA Medical Centers, Clinics and Offices. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 532420 Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing. Size standard is $35M. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitations documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored. A competitive acquisition is contemplated to take place during this period for a new multi-year requirement to fulfill the government s needs. A completed single source Justification and Approval (J&A) will be posted at award.
