- Description
- Department of MEMORANDUM Veterans Affairs Date: September 14, 2023 From: Contracting Officer To: All Potential Offerors for Solicitation 36C77623R0161 Subject: Answers to Questions Asked to Clarify Solicitation 36C77623R0161 Construct Logistics and Operating Rooms for Columbus VA Medical Center (VAMC) at Columbus, OH Purpose: The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) is issuing this amendment to answer questions asked by offerors for all potential offerors to witness for the solicitation issued on the project to Construct Logistics and Operating Rooms at the VAMC in Columbus, OH. This memorandum will be structured in a question-answer format. Will you be able to provide a PPQ for our use? We did not see one attached with the solicitation and we would use it for one of our projects without CPARS? A PPQ is attached to this amendment. Please confirm the above referenced notice is due September 25th as stated at the end of the document vs September 14th as shown at the beginning of the document and on sam.gov? The Phase I SF-330 will be due at 12:00 PM EST on 9/25/2023. The scope referenced for this project to add logistics space and operating rooms, would this be new construction to add an addition onto the existing building for these new spaces or would this be interior renovation work in the existing building to add these spaces? The intent is for this project to construct new space by adding on to the existing building and then renovating the abandoned existing space. Summary: The above questions were asked by prospective offerors and after consulting with the assigned COR and the provided documents the provided answers were obtained during the allotted time period for technical questions. A record of the e-mails have been kept and filed into the project briefcase. Jennifer Salerno-Diciuccio Contracting Officer VHA-PCAC Prepared by Contract Specialist, Joshua Slapnicker
