- Combined Synopsis Solicitation Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Extend solicitation deadline 2) Revise Site Visit Instructions. See attachment Site Visit Instructions - Revised. 3) Revise the PWS by (a) increasing minimum size of various workstations from 42 sq. ft. to 48 sq. ft. and (b) removing requirements for height adjustable desks. See attachment PWS - Revised. Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this is stated in the posting and will be issued as an RFQ. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. (iv) The Government intends to solicit as a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238390 with a small business size standard of $19 million. (v) Line items are detailed as follows: LINE ITEM: 0001 DESCRIPTION: Office Refurbishment EXTENDED DESCRIPTION: In accordance with the PWS. QTY: 1 UNIT OF ISSUE: Job (vi) This requirement is for office refurbishment services for REDCOM Great Lakes. (vii) FOB DESTINATION DELIVERY/POP: Extending 100 business days from date of award PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: REDCOM Great Lakes 520 Dewey ave. Building 5 Great Lakes, IL 60088 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services and its addendum applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached clauses and provisions. Please include all required documentation as specified in this provision. (ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services and its addendum will be used and is included in the attached clauses and provisions. Technical, Past Performance, and Price will be evaluated. Technical and past performance, when combined, are more important than price. (x) The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services (DEVIATION 2023-O0002), applies to this acquisition. Unless the Offeror has not completed the annual representations and certification electronically, the offeror shall complete paragraph (c) through (v) of this provision in the attached clauses and provisions. (xi) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and is included in the attached clauses and provisions. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services and all selected FAR clauses cited in the clause apply to this acquisition and are included in the attached clauses and provisions. (xiii) All clauses and provisions applicable to this requirement are included in the attached clauses and provisions. A mandatory site visit is detailed in the Site Visit Information attachment. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating does not apply to this acquisition. (xv) All offers are due by the date and time specified in this posting and shall be submitted via email to the POC email address stated in this posting.
