- The solicitation for the Snow and Ice Removal Services at the�Lincoln W. Stoddard United States Army Reserve Center (USARC),� � � 25 North Lake Avenue,�Worcester, MA 01605-2319 is now posted. Please see the attached documents for the details regarding this requirement.� A primary site visit will be held on September 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM EST and an alternate site visit will be conducted on September 28, 2023 at 10:00AM EST. Only one site visit is required. The site visit request shall be coordinated via email with the Regional Facility Operation Specialist (RFOS), Michael King at michael.j.king61.civ@army.mil; and copy Contract Specialist, Deborah E.
