Description: The Government requests a full service lease for 1,900 to 2,200 usable sqaure feet of Office Space located within a 10-mile radius of the Tuscaloosa National Airport more specifically bounded as follows: NORTH:� Route 98 SOUTH:� I-59 at Black Warror River EAST:� Crescent Ridge Road NE WEST:� Hwy 82 crossing Westwood School Rd. Buildings that have frontage onf the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.� The Government requires 10 reserved and exclusive parking spaces - the cost of the parking must be included as part of the rental consideration.
