- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will be made in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and solicitation for commercial Items,� as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation (a written solicitation will not be issued) and quotes are being requested. The Solicitation number is 89503323QWA000210�and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number:�2023-05 Effective date September 07, 2023. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is This will be a Small Business Set-aside RFQ under NAICS code 334513 Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables with small business size standard of 750 employees. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR), is requesting quotes for: 1087-612 Retrofit kit 4 Each. TR-2200 Master Input Board with relays (P/N:1088-793) 10 Each EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer; except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests.� Only new parts are allowed no used or refurbished parts.� Place of Performance: FOB: Destination The government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to the responsible contractor because of this RFQ that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein.� The award will be based on the following: technical capability to meet the requirements and price. WAPA will award a single purchase order to the responsible firm whose quote conforms to the RFQ and will be the most advantageous based on evaluation of technical capability and price in accordance with FAR 13 procedures. WAPA may review the past performance/delivery of the seller to help determine its technical capability. The quote shall be submitted as a firm fixed price.
