- Modification to a Previous Notice Modification to a Previous Notice Page 3 of 3 Modification to a Previous Notice *= Required Field Modification to a Previous Notice Page 1 of 3 Modification #1 RFI 36C24624Q0015 (Radiopharmaceuticals and Associated Supplies) Question (Black) / Answers (Red) On 09-20-2023 the following question were received: Question# 1: One of the requirements is that we credit any unused PPO doses for Tc, Sestamibi, Mebro, and HDP. Do you have an estimate about how often you order and return unused PPO doses of these products? Answer #1: We have standing PPO doses of 1 set of Sestamibi, 1 bone dose of either MDP or HDP, and 1 Mebrofenin dose daily. I can only give an estimate of what is returned as I do not have exact numbers at this time. At least 75% of the time these doses are unused and returned. Question #2: Is there a reason you guys use HDP instead of MDP? Answer #2: We actually utilize both HDP and MDP dependent on the situation and availability. My understanding is in the past there was availability concerns which lead to both agents being required to be an option. End of Modification
