Description

The Veteran Health Indiana, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for contractor to provide Semi-Annual, and Annual maintenance service on six (6) Hazmat Fire Control Systems and five (5) Ansul Hood Systems, in addition to perform visual inspections on the same eleven (11) units monthly. This shall also include semi-annual re-certification. The contract shall include semi-annual hood cleaning from end-to-end for the hood systems at all locations and grease trap cleaning at 9045 East 59th Street, Bldg. 402 Indianapolis, IN 46216. Service contract for (10) units located at Indianapolis VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, 46202, and (1) unit located at 9045 East 59th Street, Bldg. 402 Indianapolis, IN 46216. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to VOSB/SDVOSB concerns. Offers from other than VOSB/SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is November 01, 2023 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 22, 2023. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment.
