Background: The central Arkansas veteran�s health care system has a great need of two Bobcat sysle side by side to replace aging units now. The two aging Bobcats need replacement as they are costing more to repair than their worth and their age make it not cost effective to repair any longer Scope of Work: In need of two Bobcat side by side motorized scooters. Each must run on unleaded fuel. Must have an enclosed cab. Must have windshield. Must be four-wheel drive. Must have LED headlamps.
