- The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to�award a sole source contract to, Sanaria Inc., Rockville, MD. 20850.�This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. � 1.� Asset Number M06626 5213.00 Illumina Product Care MiSeq System Health Check Includes labor, travel and replacement of all parts included in the PM Kit; Component Inspections; Subsystem Maintenance; System Requalification; and a SHC Certification document. Serves as a recertification for a system to be placed back under a service plan after a gap in coverage or relocation. 2. Asset Number M06538 5213.00 Illumina Product Care MiSeq System Health Check Includes labor, travel and replacement of all parts included in the PM Kit; Component Inspections; Subsystem Maintenance; System Requalification; and a SHC Certification document. Serves as a recertification for a system to be placed back under a service plan after a gap in coverage or relocation. � The NAICS code for this action is 325412. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM).
